Strategic Plan Strategy: Teams in each building meet regularly to examine social-emotional, academic, attendance and discipline data for students. The attendance team will develop and implement an attendance plan that includes multi-tiered systems of support to increase attendance that promotes the development of a strong sense of belonging in all students.

Strategic Plan Measure: % of students in grades 3-8 demonstrating proficiency on the state ELA test.
School SMART Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely): By June 6, 2025 students in grades 3 - 5 demonstrating proficiency on the OSAS test will increase from 76.8% to 80%.
